TikTok integration

Official account authorisation, visible post controls and explicit creator consent.

Pacinos is designed to use TikTok's supported developer interfaces for account connection and content posting. It does not ask users for their TikTok password, create accounts on their behalf, or use browser automation to bypass TikTok's publishing controls.

Account connection

The creator authorises Pacinos through TikTok.

When the user chooses to connect TikTok, Pacinos opens TikTok's authorisation flow. TikTok handles sign-in and consent. Pacinos receives only the authorised account information and tokens made available for the permissions the user grants.

A user can choose not to connect TikTok and can disconnect the integration later.

Pacinos does not

  • Ask for the user's TikTok password
  • Create TikTok accounts automatically
  • Store browser cookies as a substitute for OAuth
  • Use Selenium or browser-posting bots
  • Bypass rate limits or posting restrictions
  • Claim access to permissions TikTok has not granted
Permissions

Permissions are tied to specific creator-facing features.

Availability depends on TikTok approval and the individual creator's authorisation.

Direct Post UX

What the creator should see before a post is sent.

Pacinos' publishing design follows a user-controlled export flow rather than an invisible background uploader.

1

Connected identity

The latest creator information is retrieved so the user can see which TikTok account is the destination.

2

Content preview

The video to be posted is shown to the user before submission.

3

Post metadata

The user can review or edit the title/caption and supported post settings rather than receiving hidden preset metadata.

4

Privacy & interactions

Available privacy choices and interaction controls are based on the creator's current TikTok settings.

5

Explicit publish consent

Pacinos sends content only after the user confirms the post and the required TikTok publishing acknowledgement is presented.

Commercial content

Disclosure controls are part of the publishing decision.

Where a post promotes the creator's own business or a third-party brand, Pacinos is designed to surface the relevant content-disclosure settings instead of silently choosing them. The creator remains responsible for selecting the accurate disclosure for the content.

Publishing safeguards

  • Creator information checked before posting
  • Supported privacy options respected
  • Comment, Duet and Stitch availability respected
  • Creator duration limit checked
  • Commercial-content choice presented
  • Publishing status tracked after submission
