2. TikTok integration

When a user chooses to connect TikTok, authorization takes place through TikTok's authorization process. Pacinos may receive information and permissions approved by the user, such as basic account information and authorization tokens. These permissions are used to provide requested connected features, including uploading or publishing user-approved content where enabled.

3. How information is used

We use information to provide video analysis and editing, authenticate connected accounts, perform user-requested uploads or publishing actions, maintain security, diagnose errors, and improve reliability.

4. User content

Users remain responsible for content they provide and for ensuring they have the rights and permissions necessary to process and publish it. Content is processed as needed to provide requested functionality.

5. Third-party services

Pacinos may interact with third-party services required for its functionality, including TikTok and providers used for video, transcription, artificial-intelligence, hosting, or infrastructure functions. Those services may process information under their own terms and privacy policies.

6. Data sharing

We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers where reasonably necessary to operate Pacinos, comply with law, protect users or the service, or complete an action requested by the user.

7. Retention and deletion

We aim to retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, subject to technical, security and legal requirements. Users may request deletion of personal information associated with Pacinos by contacting us.

8. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information, although no electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.

9. User choices and rights

Users may disconnect connected services where supported. Depending on applicable law, users may have rights to request access, correction or deletion of personal information.

10. Children

Pacinos is not intended to collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.
