A structured desktop workflow for short-form production.

Pacinos combines source analysis, candidate discovery, clip preparation, compliance checks, publishing controls and performance monitoring so creators can move from long recordings to reviewed short-form outputs without stitching together a collection of disconnected tools.

01 · Source intake

Start with content the user is authorised to process.

Users add long-form video they own, created, licensed or otherwise have permission to use. Pacinos prepares source metadata and transcription inputs so downstream discovery can work from the full context rather than isolated timestamps.

Source controls

  • Local source file intake
  • Transcription and speech structure
  • Source metadata tracking
  • Project-level organisation
  • Rights remain the user's responsibility

Discovery signals

  • Complete question-and-answer units
  • Hook and payoff strength
  • Context completeness
  • Editorial interest and stranger appeal
  • Overlap suppression
  • Stronger-model finalist review
02 · AI-assisted discovery

Find moments with enough context to stand on their own.

Pacinos uses transcript structure, local AI review, deterministic quality rules and higher-confidence finalist review to produce a shortlist. The goal is to surface self-contained clips rather than simply selecting the loudest or shortest section.

AI scores are decision support. They do not change the user's rights to the source material or remove the need to review a clip before publishing.

03 · Editing & rendering

Prepare a vertical output that is ready to inspect.

Selected segments move through precise trimming, vertical framing, subtitle generation, presentation hooks and render validation. Pacinos is designed to preserve complete speech units and avoid abrupt cuts where the available source allows it.

Output preparation

  • Precision start/end boundaries
  • Vertical short-form layout
  • Readable captions
  • Optional presentation hooks
  • Render validation
  • No Pacinos promotional watermark required on TikTok-bound media

Pre-publish gates

  • Required caption elements
  • Required hashtags or mentions when configured
  • Duration limits
  • Campaign-specific requirements
  • Account health and posting limits
  • Data-quality checks before automated decisions
04 · Requirements & safety

Catch preventable problems before submission.

Pacinos can evaluate a configured publishing or campaign profile against the rendered output and caption. It is designed to stop or flag content when required information is missing rather than silently ignoring the rule.

05 · Publishing workflow

Connect authorised accounts and keep platform controls visible.

When TikTok integration is used, creators connect their own account through TikTok's authorisation flow. The publishing experience is designed around the current creator identity, supported privacy choices, interaction settings, disclosure controls, preview and explicit consent.

Publishing principles

  • Official account authorisation
  • No TikTok password collection
  • Creator-facing preview and settings
  • Explicit confirmation before submission
  • Post-status monitoring
  • Platform limits and permissions respected

06 · Analytics & learning

Measure what happened after production.

The local dashboard can distinguish production data from tests and benchmarks, track publishing status and account health, and evaluate performance data without treating missing or stale metrics as trustworthy learning signals.

The longer-term goal of learning features is to improve content decisions from real owned-post data while preserving campaign-specific context and safety gates.

Product boundaries

Pacinos does not create TikTok accounts, collect TikTok passwords, bypass platform restrictions, guarantee views or earnings, or give users rights to third-party content they do not already have. Third-party integrations remain subject to the platform's approval, permissions, rate limits and policies.
