Disconnect an account or request deletion of Pacinos-controlled data.
Pacinos provides a public route for users to remove connected integrations and contact us about personal information controlled by Pacinos.
1. Disconnect a TikTok account in Pacinos
Use Pacinos' account-management controls to remove the connected TikTok account. This removes the local Pacinos connection and prevents Pacinos from continuing to use that authorisation for future requests.
2. Revoke third-party access at TikTok
You may also revoke Pacinos' access from the connected TikTok account using TikTok's own account or security settings. TikTok controls the availability and wording of those settings.
3. Request deletion of Pacinos-controlled personal data
Email developer@pacinosapp.com with the subject Pacinos data deletion request. Describe the account or information the request relates to without including passwords, access tokens, API keys or other secrets.
4. What the request covers
Where applicable, Pacinos will identify information under its control that is associated with the request and handle deletion in accordance with applicable legal, security and record-retention obligations. Information controlled solely by a third-party platform must be managed through that platform.
5. Local files
Pacinos is a desktop workflow. Source videos, rendered outputs and other locally stored files can also be removed directly from the user's device. Users should keep backups only where they choose to do so.
