Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern use of the Pacinos website, Pacinos desktop content-production software and supported integrations.

1. The service

Pacinos provides tools that assist creators and content teams with analysing permitted long-form source material, discovering short-form candidates, preparing and reviewing clips, checking publishing requirements, using supported account integrations and monitoring production results.

2. Intended users

Pacinos is intended for creators, editors, agencies and content teams that have the rights and authority required for the source content and accounts they use. It is not intended as an account-creation, credential-sharing or platform-evasion service.

3. Connected accounts

Users may connect third-party accounts only when they are authorised to do so. Access to a connected platform is subject to that platform's own terms, permissions, API requirements, rate limits, safety controls and availability.

4. User content and rights

Users remain responsible for source media, captions, metadata and published content. By using Pacinos with content, the user confirms that they have all permissions, licences and rights necessary to process and publish that material.

5. Publishing responsibility

Creators remain responsible for reviewing content and post settings before publication and for ensuring that the final post complies with the destination platform's rules, applicable campaign requirements, advertising/disclosure obligations and law.

6. Acceptable use

Users must not use Pacinos to violate law, intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, platform rules, account-security controls, API restrictions or third-party contractual obligations. Users must not use Pacinos to obtain unauthorised access to accounts or services.

7. AI-assisted features

AI-generated scores, captions, summaries, recommendations and other outputs are decision-support tools and may be incomplete or incorrect. Users should review outputs before relying on them or publishing content.

8. Third-party services

Third-party integrations may change, become unavailable or require additional approval. Pacinos does not control TikTok, ByteDance, AI providers or other third-party platforms and cannot guarantee their availability or approval decisions.

9. No performance guarantee

Pacinos does not guarantee views, engagement, follower growth, campaign acceptance, revenue, payouts or other content-performance outcomes.

10. Security

Users must protect their own device, operating-system account and credentials. Users should never send passwords, API keys, access tokens or client secrets to Pacinos support unless a secure process specifically requests them.

11. Service changes

Pacinos may add, improve, modify or discontinue features over time, including when third-party APIs or platform requirements change.

12. Availability and warranties

To the extent permitted by law, Pacinos is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability or that every output will be error-free, suitable for publication or accepted by a third-party platform.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Pacinos is not responsible for indirect losses, third-party platform actions, lost content performance, unavailable integrations, campaign decisions or consequences arising from content the user did not have the right to process or publish.

14. Suspension or restriction

Access to Pacinos features may be limited where reasonably necessary to protect security, comply with law or platform obligations, respond to misuse, or prevent unsafe operation.

15. Independence

Pacinos is independent software and is not TikTok, ByteDance, Whop or any other third-party platform. References to third-party services describe integrations or workflows and do not imply endorsement.

16. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated as Pacinos, its integrations or applicable requirements change. The current version and update date will remain published on this page.
