Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of Pacinos. By using Pacinos, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service

Pacinos provides tools for analysing long-form video, preparing short-form clips and, where enabled, sending user-approved content to connected third-party platforms.

2. Connected accounts

Users are responsible for accounts connected to Pacinos and must only connect accounts they own or are authorized to use.

3. User content

Users retain their rights in their content and grant Pacinos the limited permission necessary to process it to provide requested features. Users are responsible for having all rights and permissions needed to process, edit, upload and publish their content.

4. Acceptable use

Pacinos must not be used to violate law, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, impersonate others, distribute malicious material, abuse connected services, circumvent platform restrictions, or publish content contrary to connected-platform rules.

5. Third-party services

Pacinos is an independent service and is not TikTok. Connected platforms are governed by their own terms, policies and technical restrictions.

6. Publishing responsibility

Users are responsible for reviewing content and publishing settings before authorizing publication. Pacinos may apply technical or safety limits where necessary.

7. Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change as Pacinos and third-party APIs evolve.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Pacinos is provided without guarantees beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

9. Suspension or termination

Access may be limited or terminated where necessary for security, legal compliance, misuse prevention, or protection of users and third-party services.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms as Pacinos develops.
